BEFORE THE NEVADA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY NOTICE OF APPLICATION Jeff Silver, Esq. has filed multiple Applications with the Nevada Transportation Authority ("Authority"), on behalf of Ewing Bros., Inc. d/b/a Ewing Bros. Auto Body ("Ewing Bros."), and Ewing Bros. Inc. d/b/a Walker Towing ("Walker Towing"), carriers authorized to provide non-consent tow car service within the State of Nevada, granted under Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN") 3269 and 7023, Sub 2, respectively. The Applicants have requested that certain information be kept confidential. Dockets 17-09021 and 17-09022, respectively, are post facto filings with the Authority for the authority for Rex Ewing, Jr, deceased, to sell and transfer and the Ewing Family Trust ("EFT"), Rex Ewing, Jr. Trustee, to purchase and acquire 100% of the corporate stock of Ewing Bros., Inc. Dockets 17-09023 and 17-09024, respectively, are post facto filings with the Authority for the authority for Rex Ewing, Jr, deceased, Trustee of the EFT to transfer to Rex Ewing, 111 and Jay Ewing, successor Trustees of the EFT. Dockets 17-09025 and 17-09026, respectively, are post facto filings with the Authority for the authority for the EFT to sell and transfer and the Jay Ewing QSST Trust, Rex Ewing III QSST Trust, Cheryl Ewing QSST Trust, and Randall Ewing QSST Trust to purchase and acquire 40%, 40%, 10% and 10% respectively, of the stock of Ewing Bros. Inc. Dockets 17-09027 and 17-09028, respectively, with the Authority for authority for the four (4) QSST Trusts, identified above, to sell and transfer and the Jay T. Ewing Separate Property Trust, Rex C. Ewing III Separate Property Trust, Cheryl Jean Ewing Separate Property Trust, and Randall Ewing Living Family Trust to purchase and acquire 40%, 40%, 10% and 10% respectively, of the stock of Ewing Bros., Inc. This application may contain tariff modifications. The applications were filed pursuant to Chapter 706 of the Nevada Revised Statutes ("NRS") and the Nevada Administrative Code ("NAC"). Under NRS 706.151, the Authority has legal jurisdiction and authority over these matters. The applications are on file and available for viewing at the office of the Authority, 3300 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite 200, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102. Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority's office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority's regulations and must be filed on or before December 11, 2017. Interested persons may submit Protests for filing at the Authority's offices. Protests must conform to the Authority's regulations. Other written comments may also be submitted for filing.
