NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that LINDA SMOOT, Administrator of the Estate of MARK STEVEN MILLER, also known as MARK S. MILLER, deceased, have filed her Petition to Confirm Sale of Real Property, and a hearing has been set for the 24th day of March, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, in Case No. 15-10DC-1131 at the Tenth Judicial District Court, 73 N. Maine Street, Fallon, Nevada 89406. The Petition contains a prayer for an Order authorizing the following: 1. Authorization to sell the fee interest of the decedent in that certain parcel of real property located in Churchill County, Nevada, common- ly known as 1 Curry Road, Fallon, Nevada 89406, being Assessor's Parcel Number 00655314, and more particularly described as follows: Parcel 2 of the Parcel Map for Mark Miller recorded April 26, 1976, under File No.146089, Official Records, Churchill County, Nevada. 2. Confirm the sale of the above-referenced real property to NIA FISHER and ANDREW FISHER (or their nominees), as Buyers, for a total purchase price of Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($23,500.00) cash at close of escrow, and on the terms and conditions more particularly described in the Petition filed in this matter. Any persons, pursuant to NRS 148.270, desiring to bid on the decedent's real property are notified to appear at the above time and place and initially bid an amount five percent (5%) or more in excess of the stated purchase price of Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($23,500.00). All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not otherwise be granted, subject to any bids made in open court. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed or a qualifying bid is received. You need not appear unless you wish to object or to make a bid in open court.
