NOTICE OF INTENTION OF AUTHORIZING AN INSTALLMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Churchill County School District will hold a regularly scheduled public meeting held on March 11, 2020 at 6:00 PM at the Administrative Offices at 690 S Maine Street, Fallon, to act upon a Resolution Authorizing an Installment Purchase Agreement not to exceed the amount of $950,000 to enable Churchill County School District to lease up to 25 vehicles for use in the daily operations of the District. The proposed obligation is to be repaid from the Capital Projects Fund that receives funding from the Government Services Tax (vehicle use tax). All persons are invited to attend and to be heard regarding the proposed action. Prior to the hearing, written comments may be filed with the Director of Business Services and will be considered.
