NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The County of El Dorado Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing in the Building C Hearing Room, 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, CA 95667 on February 6, 2019 at 3:00 p.m., to consider the following: Variance V18-0006/Artinian submitted by MICHAEL ARTINIAN AND GLENN ARTINIAN to allow a reduction in the front yard setback from 20 feet to 7.5 feet to allow an unpermitted addition and a portion of the deck to remain. The dwelling addition is 20 feet by 7.5 feet and the front deck is proposed to be 20 feet by 5 feet. The property, identified by Assessor's Parcel Number 025-743-12, consisting of 8,000 square feet, is located on the south side of Sutter Trail, approximately 3,000 feet south of the intersection between Pioneer Trail and High Meadow Trail, in the South Lake Tahoe area, Supervisorial District 5.
